End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with applicable terms, Gmailo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for your internal business use.
2. Restrictions
- You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the app except as permitted by law.
- You may not use the app for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or spam activity.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app except under a written agreement with Gmailo.
3. Third-Party Services
The app integrates with third-party services such as Google APIs, Apple App Store, Google Play, and payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
4. Subscription Features
Paid features are available through recurring subscriptions. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the purchase channel and our Subscription Policy.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the app. We may also suspend or terminate access for abuse, legal risk, or policy violations.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
The app is provided on an “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Gmailo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including third-party service outages.
7. Governing Terms
This EULA should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For iOS users, the Apple standard EULA may also apply where required: Apple Standard EULA.
