Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Gmailo offers paid plans that can be billed monthly or yearly. Plan features, limits, and pricing are displayed before checkout and may vary by region and purchase channel.

2. Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. By subscribing, you authorize the relevant payment platform to charge your account for recurring renewals.

3. Cancellation

  • Apple App Store purchases: Cancel in Apple subscription settings.
  • Google Play purchases: Cancel in Google Play subscriptions.
  • Web purchases (Stripe/PayPal): Cancel from your Gmailo billing portal.

After cancellation, access remains active until the current paid period ends unless otherwise stated.

4. Trial and Introductory Offers

If a free trial or introductory offer is available, offer details (duration, renewal price, and billing cadence) are shown before confirmation. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current applicable price.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Currency

Pricing may vary by country, taxes, and app-store regional settings. Store-displayed prices are the authoritative checkout prices for in-app purchases. Web checkout prices are shown before payment confirmation.

6. Refunds

  • Apple App Store: Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple policy.
  • Google Play: Refunds are handled by Google according to Google Play policy.
  • Web billing channels: Refund requests are reviewed under our Terms and applicable law.

7. Plan Changes

Upgrades, downgrades, and renewals can apply immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on your payment provider and subscription state. Proration behavior is determined by the active billing channel.
