1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gmailo.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not use our platform. gmailo provides an infrastructure for automated email management and communication services exclusively for legitimate business operations.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement to use our services. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including team member access and connected provider accounts. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Prohibited Use Policy

You agree to use Gmailo.ai in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CASL. You may not use our service to:

  • Send unsolicited mass email (SPAM) to recipients who have not provided consent or with whom you have no prior business relationship.
  • Send content that is deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, or promotes illegal activities.
  • Engage in phishing, identity theft, or distribution of malware.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate any individual or entity.
  • Use purchased or scraped email lists without verification.

Zero-Tolerance Spam Policy

We actively monitor sending reputation. Accounts found to be sending SPAM or receiving excessive abuse complaints will be suspended immediately and permanently without refund.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Renewals

Gmailo offers paid subscriptions that renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Billing cadence (monthly or yearly), price, and included limits are shown before checkout. By purchasing, you authorize the selected payment platform (for example Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or PayPal) to charge your account on each renewal period unless you cancel.

Cancellation and refunds depend on your purchase channel. For mobile in-app purchases, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple or Google policy. For web purchases, billing and cancellations are handled in your billing portal. See our Subscription Policy for full recurring billing terms.

5. Third-Party Platforms and Providers

Gmailo integrates with third-party services (including Gmail, Google Sheets, Zoho, payment processors, and app stores). Their availability, API behavior, and policy decisions are outside our control. We are not responsible for outages, account restrictions, or policy enforcement actions by those providers.

6. Intellectual Property and License

Gmailo and associated branding, software, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

gmailo and its operators (DLPlatforms) shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service or for any third-party claims, including but not limited to Gmail account suspensions or technical failures.
